Sean's Canadian Lemonade

A few years ago now, Jack Daniels gave out a recipe for Lynchburg Lemonade with their great product. A copy of the recipe can be found here.

Well, I could never find sweet and sour mix, so my version gradually mutated into the recipe below.

Combine the following ingredients into a 1 or 2 cup measuring cup.

Top up to 1 cup (250ml) with sprite (approx 1/2 cup or 125ml). It must be sprite; 7-up or Mountain Dew just don't taste right.

Pour into an old-fashioned glass. Add ice to taste or not. Makes 1 serving.

I currently make this with whatever Canadian Wiskey I have on hand. Bourbons work well too. You could also try using lime juice instead of lemon to make Sean's Canadian Limonade.
